This deep, personal processing is essential to continuously build and hardwire your CQ skills for lasting personal and professional change.

Helps leaders turn cultural diversity into business results. She brings years of experience in business development, marketing, and communications with companies such as General Electric, Medtronic, and Cargill.
A Certified CQ Trainer and member of the Society of CQ Fellows, she holds a master’s in international relations from Georgetown University. Sharon equips leaders with practical tools to lead across cultures, strengthen collaboration, and build a strong sense of belonging.
