CQ Journey: Penang Unlock Your Edge

Reconnect, Reflect, and Recalibrate: A Journey for Practitioners

This immersion is designed for those who are usually “at the front of the room.” It is an invitation to step back from the facilitator role and join a cohort of fellow intercultural, DEI and global leaders, strategists, and experts who share your level of mastery.

By limiting this journey to 25 practitioners, we create an environment for professional synergy:

»  Elite Synergy: You aren’t just meeting “attendees”—you are joining a curated cohort of DEI, intercultural, global leaders and strategists who share your level of mastery and professional language.
»  Collective Idea Sharing: Our daily debriefs and reflection provide a safe yet challenging space to share your perspectives against the collective wisdom of global peers.
»  Strategic Alliances: Build deep professional intimacy and lasting alliances.

Where Your Journey Will Begin:

Eastern & Oriental (E&O) Hotel. The historic 140-year-old Eastern & Oriental (E&O) Hotel, the grand dame of Southeast Asian heritage hotels, established in 1885 by the famed Sarkies Brothers (who also founded the Raffles Hotel in Singapore and The Strand in Myanmar). Boasting the longest seafront of any hotel in the world, the E&O is steeped in a history of colonial elegance. By staying here, you will be part of its storied legacy, sharing the same luxurious, timeless experience enjoyed by legendary guests such as Rudyard Kipling, Somerset Maugham, Charlie Chaplin, Noel Coward, King Chares III and the cast from Crazy Rich Asians. This exceptional atmosphere of old-world glamour and history will enhance the entire immersion experience, ensuring your stay is a memorable chapter in your journey.
