Participants start by examining their personal leadership roles while visiting key sites in Johannesburg, gaining a deeper appreciation for their professional journey. They then delve into the rich cultural and political history of Johannesburg and Soweto, gaining insights into how historical events shape contemporary cultural dynamics and reflecting on their leadership approaches.
